Montana Veterans Alliance and Roots Garden Center Spread Holiday Cheer with Christmas Tree Giveaway

December 5, 2025 by Montana Veterans Alliance

This holiday season, the Montana Veterans Alliance is partnering with Roots Garden Center to make Christmas a little brighter for local veterans and their families in Billings.

Through this community-driven effort, the two organizations are giving away free Christmas trees to veterans as a way to say thank you for their service and sacrifice. The giveaway is designed to ease some of the financial burden that often comes with the holidays while helping veterans create a warm, festive atmosphere in their homes.

The giveaway is part of the Montana Veterans Alliance’s broader mission to support veterans across the state through outreach, advocacy, and practical assistance. By working with local businesses and volunteers, the organization continues to build strong community connections that directly benefit those who have served.
